  1. Look out, Escher. So much inspiration, too few words.

No need to stop. Monet got hung up on snow. Themes are a good thing. For the rest of us to enjoy, anyway!

    1. Imagination is running wild here with this theme. I’m reluctant to share in words what my own thoughts about these images are, because it’s so cool to see what reactions and associations they tease out in others! Love your 2.6 instalment in our The Art of Drowning adventure. And it’ll be interesting to see what happens next. Good luck Phil! ๐Ÿ˜‰

      1. They do have a ‘death of the author’, kind of vibe to them. Long may they continue in their strange untangling.
2.7 will be awesome, of that I have no doubt. Both you and Phil have turned TAoD into a pretty spectacular novel. A curtsey to your many talents, my friend.

      2. You hit on something there, the death of the author.nightmare, shiver ;). Luckily, so far, drawing in silence seems to unleash words eventually. TAoD wouldn’t be the amazing adventure it has been without the depth and mind blowing imagery of your writing, shipmate!

    1. Thank you C.M., I seem to have a thing for black and white, in art and photography; currently still obsessed with this theme, and my fluttering writing mind has a thing about a cellist ๐Ÿ˜‰

    1. Thank you Dwight! There will be more sketches for sure. In the meantime I’m experimenting with posting a somewhat music themed series of short pieces of writing.
